Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fruit of your choice:
  • Pineapple
  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Kiwis
  • Oranges or clementines
  • Pomegranates
  • Zest and juice of half a lime zest is optional
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon zest is optional
  • 2 tsp. honey

Instructions

  • Wash and dry fruit.
  • Cut pineapple into chunks. Dice pears, apples and kiwis. Peel and dice oranges, and remove seeds from the pomegranates.
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Serve immediately or store for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
