Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag frozen mango
  • 16 oz. bag frozen pineapple
  • 1 fresh jalapeño (finely diced)
  • ½ red onion (finely diced)
  • 2 tomatoes (small dice)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 limes (juiced and zested)

Instructions

  • Add the mango to a food processor or blender, and pulse/chop until the mango is your preferred size. Empty the chopped mango into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Chop the pineapple the same way and add to the bowl of mango.
  • Add the jalapeño, red onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime zest and juice.
  • Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Serve chilled.

  • Serve with your favorite chips, tortillas, veggie dippers, etc. You can also serve with tacos, burritos, tostadas and more! 
  • Add a can of drained and rinsed black beans for delicious protein!
