Add the mango to a food processor or blender, and pulse/chop until the mango is your preferred size. Empty the chopped mango into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Chop the pineapple the same way and add to the bowl of mango.
Add the jalapeño, red onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, lime zest and juice.
Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled.
