fruit of your choice:
(Pineapple, Apples, Pears, Kiwis, Oranges or clementines, Pomegranates)

lime
(zest and juice, zest is optional)

lemon
(zest and juice, zest is optional)

Instructions
Wash and dry fruit.
Cut pineapple into chunks. Dice pears, apples and kiwis. Peel and dice oranges, and remove seeds from the pomegranates.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Serve immediately or store for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
