Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fruit of your choice: (Pineapple, Apples, Pears, Kiwis, Oranges or clementines, Pomegranates)
  • 1/2 lime (zest and juice, zest is optional)
  • 1/2 lemon (zest and juice, zest is optional)
  • 2 tsp. honey

Instructions

  • Wash and dry fruit.
  • Cut pineapple into chunks. Dice pears, apples and kiwis. Peel and dice oranges, and remove seeds from the pomegranates.
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Serve immediately or store for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
