Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. chopped jalapeño

Instructions

  • Chop onion, jalapeño and pineapple (if using fresh). If using canned, drain pineapple thoroughly.
  • In a serving bowl, mix all ingredients and squeeze lime juice.
  • Stir and serve with veggies or homemade baked tortilla chips!
