fresh or canned pineapple chunks

cilantro

chopped red onion
Juice from 1 lime

tsp.
chopped jalapeño
Instructions
Chop onion, jalapeño and pineapple (if using fresh). If using canned, drain pineapple thoroughly.
In a serving bowl, mix all ingredients and squeeze lime juice.
Stir and serve with veggies or homemade baked tortilla chips!
