Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick or regular)
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1-2 tsp. honey
  • Optional for toppings: sliced banana (mixed berries, sprinkle sliced almonds)

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk and honey in an airtight container like a covered bowl or mason jar.
  • Gently shake to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Top with your favorite fruits or nuts!
