- 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick or regular)
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1-2 tsp. honey or pure maple syrup
- Optional for toppings: sliced banana, mixed berries, sprinkle sliced almonds
Place oats, milk and honey or maple syrup in an airtight container or mason jar.
Gently shake to combine.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Top with your favorite fruits or nuts!
