Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag frozen bell pepper and onion blend
  • 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
  • Stir together taco seasoning, olive oil and lime juice.
  • Pour mixture over chicken until it is completely covered.
  • Place chicken and frozen peppers in a single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes and serve!
