Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1
bag frozen bell pepper and onion blend
1
packet low-sodium taco seasoning

olive oil

lime juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl.
Stir together taco seasoning, olive oil and lime juice.
Pour mixture over chicken until it is completely covered.
Place chicken and frozen peppers in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 18-22 minutes and serve!
