Sesame Green Bean Sauté

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Trim ends of green beans and rinse well.
  • Add sesame oil to a large sauté pan and heat over medium-high heat. When oil begins to shimmer, add all ingredients.
  • Toss until green beans are bright green and tender.
  • Serve immediately.
