green beans
fresh or frozen

toasted sesame oil

red bell pepper
sliced into thin strips
2
cloves
garlic
smashed and minced

Tbsp.
grated fresh ginger
1-2
Tbsp.
sesame seeds
1/2
tsp.
salt
Instructions
Trim ends of green beans and rinse well.
Add sesame oil to a large sauté pan and heat over medium-high heat. When oil begins to shimmer, add all ingredients.
Toss until green beans are bright green and tender.
Serve immediately.
