Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 peach (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup almonds (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except the vinaigrette, in a bowl.
  • Add vinaigrette and enjoy at home or on-the-go!

Notes

Take this on-the-go without the spinach getting soggy. Separate the ingredients into a mason jar placing the dressing on bottom, fruit and nuts in the
middle and lettuce on top.
