Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup corn (canned, fresh or frozen)
  • 4 oz. ground turkey (cooked)
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa (canned or fresh)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except the salsa, in a bowl.
  • If using frozen corn, make sure to cook to package directions before tossing salad.
  • Add salsa and enjoy at home or on-the-go!
