Ingredients

  • 3 string cheese sticks
  • 3 deli turkey slices
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1 large carrot (sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Set a cutting or serving board aside.
  • Start by wrapping each string cheese with a slice of turkey and placing them seam side down on the cutting board.
  • Next, fill a small bowl with yogurt and drizzle with honey. Place on the board with the strawberries nearby.
  • Place peanut butter in a small bowl on the board.
  • Add the remaining ingredients anywhere you can fit on the board. Get creative with your color and presentation.
  • Serve!

  • This snack charcuterie spread is highly versatile! You can use any seasonal fruits or veggies. You can also add other ingredients, like dried fruit or granola.
