Smoothie Packs

Try these different smoothie pack combinations for a healthy on-the-go breakfast item, or for a snack. You can store them in individual Ziploc baggies and freeze for up to three months.

Equipment

  • Resealable plastic sandwich bags

Ingredients

Smoothie 1

  • Cauliflower
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Banana

Smoothie 2

  • Mixed Berry
  • Spinach
  • Peanut Butter

Smoothie 3

  • Peach
  • Raspberry
  • Cauliflower

Smoothie 4

  • Pineapple
  • Spinach
  • Zucchini
  • Avocado

Smoothie 4

  • Banana
  • Blueberry
  • Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • Use frozen or raw fruit and/or veggies and add about 1/2 cup of your chosen combination to the sandwich bag.
  • Add 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (for the combinations that call for it) and seal the sandwich bag tightly and freeze.
  • When you're ready to serve, add the ingredients in the bag to a blender and add about 1/2 cup low fat milk or low fat yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
