Try these different smoothie pack combinations for a healthy on-the-go breakfast item, or for a snack. You can store them in individual Ziploc baggies and freeze for up to three months.

Instructions
Use frozen or raw fruit and/or veggies and add about 1/2 cup of your chosen combination to the sandwich bag.
Add 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (for the combinations that call for it) and seal the sandwich bag tightly and freeze.
When you're ready to serve, add the ingredients in the bag to a blender and add about 1/2 cup low fat milk or low fat yogurt.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
