1cupchopped pecans(almonds, walnuts or a combination of nuts)
1/2cupalmond flour/meal(oat flour)
1/4cupcanola oil
1/4tsp.salt
Nonstick cooking spray
Zest and juice of one orange(optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spray an 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add fruit, vanilla, 1/3 cup brown sugar, cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon to the dish. Mix well and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, use a fork to stir together the remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar, oats, chopped nuts, almond flour, canola oil, remaining cinnamon and salt.
Use a fork to break up any chunks of flour. Make sure the oil is distributed evenly.
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping has begun to brown and the fruit is bubbly around the edges.
Allow the crumble to cool for about 20 minutes before serving.

If you don't have fresh cranberries on hand, substitute 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
