Granola Crunch Apple - Peanut Butter Sandwich Wraps

  • 1 whole grain tortilla
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1/3 cup of thinly cut apple slices (about 1/4 of an apple)
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp low-sugar granola
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)


  • Place tortilla on a flat surface and spread the peanut butter.
  • Lay apples lengthwise down the center. Sprinkle raisins, cranberries, granola and cinnamon evenly over the top.
  • Roll up the tortilla and cut wrap in half.
  • Serve immediately or wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator.
