Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare a small sheet pan or large plate with parchment paper (one that you can fit in the freezer).
  • Place dark chocolate in a medium-sized glass bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove and let cool slightly.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half horizontally. Then, cut each piece in half vertically.
  • On the flat cut side of each banana piece, spread about 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and place bananas peanut butter side up on your parchment-lined sheet pan. Continue until all banana pieces are smeared with peanut butter, ensuring no bananas are touching and each has plenty of space.
  • Drizzle about 1 tsp. of the melted chocolate over each banana.
  • Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Once frozen, remove from parchment-lined paper into a freezer-safe container with a lid or gallon-sized plastic bag. Store in freezer until ready to enjoy!
