Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
  • 2 cups of grapes (halved)
  • 3/4 cup pecans (sliced almonds or walnuts)

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all fruit.
  • Spoon the fruit into serving bowls. Top fruit with yogurt and sprinkle each bowl with chopped nuts.
