Ingredients

  • 1 box whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes (8 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Rinse tomatoes. Place in baking dish and coat with olive oil. Bake for 30 min.
  • While tomatoes bake, boil pasta according to box directions.
  • Remove tomatoes from oven and combine with cooked spaghetti.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
