Strawberry Peach Yogurt Popsicles

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries (blended)
  • 3 cups peaches (peeled, sliced and blended)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (divided)
  • 2/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries with 4 tsp. honey and set aside. Clean blender, then blend peaches with 2 tsp. of honey and set aside.
  • Layer popsicles into mold in this order: 2 tsp. strawberry puree, 1 tsp. yogurt, 2 tsp. peach puree. Repeat. Make sure fruit is your last layer.
  • Tap the mold on the counter to settle the layers. Drag a small spoon from bottom to top of mold to create a swirled pattern.
  • Insert popsicle sticks, freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!

Notes

Have fresh produce that's about to go bad? Freeze it! You can use it to make popsicles or smoothies later.
