Ingredients

  • ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups low fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (no added sugar)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)

Optional Sides

  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, rotisserie chicken and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a 8×8 pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and bake for 25 mins.
  • Serve with your favorite veggie.
