  • 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (5-6 medium thighs)
  • 1 cup cornflake cereal
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a cooking sheet.
  • Place cornflakes in plastic bag and crush.
  • Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and coat with garlic powder, paprika and Italian herb seasoning.
  • Add a few chicken pieces at a time to crumb mixture. Shake to coat evenly.
  • Place chicken pieces on cooking sheet so they are not touching.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes.
