chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
(5-6 medium thighs)

cornflake cereal
1/2
tsp.
Italian herb seasoning
1/4
tsp.
garlic powder
1
tsp.
paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a cooking sheet.
Place cornflakes in plastic bag and crush.
Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and coat with garlic powder, paprika and Italian herb seasoning.
Add a few chicken pieces at a time to crumb mixture. Shake to coat evenly.
Place chicken pieces on cooking sheet so they are not touching.
Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes.
