  • the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook in batches if needed. The chicken is done when golden and fully cooked.
  • While the chicken cooks, add the orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and honey to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the sauce into a skillet and bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Cook for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and 1 tsp. cold water until smooth. Stir it into the sauce and cook for 1–2 more minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Place the cooked chicken in a large bowl. Pour half of the orange sauce over the chicken and gently toss to coat.
  • Drizzle with more orange sauce and add your favorite toppings, if desired. Enjoy!

  • No air fryer? Bake the chicken at 425°F on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 8-12 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
  • Short on time? Look for pre-cut chicken at the grocery store to save on prep.
