A healthy breakfast toast with a fun, egg-free twist! This toast is packed with protein and a great way to start your day. Smoked salmon is the star of the show, with cottage cheese as the spread. Finish with store-bought pickled red onions for a sweet and tangy crunch and toasted sesame seeds for a rich, nutty flavor!
Spread ¼ cup cottage cheese on each slice and top with salt and pepper to taste.
Layer on 2 oz. smoked salmon and mixed salad greens on each slice. Top with pickled red onions.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and add an optional drizzle of honey on top. Enjoy!
