Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Rub oil on the sweet potatoes then wrap each potato in foil and place in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 – 7 hours or until tender.
- Remove sweet potatoes from the crock pot, carefully remove foil, and slice down the middle lengthwise.
