Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Use a medium bowl or a Mason jar with a lid to make the vinaigrette.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.

Notes

  • Lemon vinaigrette is good in fridge for 7-10 days.
