- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red onion (finely diced)
- 4 tsp. parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 tsp. basil (finely chopped)
- 4 tsp. mint (finely chopped)
- 2 3.75 oz. cans sardines packed in water, drained
Add all your ingredients to a small mixing bowl, and mix with a fork.
Once combined, mash well with a fork and scoop on whole grain crackers.
