Sparkling Melon Water

Ingredients

  • Choice of melon: cantaloupe (honeydew, watermelon – or all three!)
  • No sugar added sparkling water (or you can use regular tap water)

Instructions

  • Use a rounded measuring spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.
  • Place melon balls on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  • Freeze. Serve frozen like ice cubes in your water!
