- 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded, no skin)
- 1 can low-sodium black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 4 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
- 8 tortillas (whole wheat or corn)
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
Additional Toppings:
- 1/2 cup SYF Fresh California Chunky Salsa
- avocado (sliced)
Add shredded chicken, black beans and taco seasoning to a pan over medium heat until warm. Place mixture in a bowl.
Warm up the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds until soft. Then, add a spoonful of the chicken/black bean mixture.
Top with a tablespoon of cheese and any extra toppings, if desired. Serve.
