Keyword sesame, brussel sprouts
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts (washed then halved)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat a sheet pan for about 10 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
Pour coated Brussels sprouts on the preheated sheet pan, spreading them out evenly.
Roast for 15-20 minutes or until sprouts are green and slightly firm
but beginning to brown.
