  • 3 roasted red peppers (fresh)
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)
  • 1 tsp. fresh (or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Spoon over fresh greens and your favorite salad toppings.
