fresh basil leaves

bunch fresh parsley

Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is a smooth paste.
Serve as a dip, sandwich spread, pasta sauce or stir into soup for added flavor. To use as a salad dressing, thin with lemon juice and olive oil.
