3/4cupnatural creamy peanut butter(crunchy or creamy)
2Tbsp.brown sugar
2tsp.less sodium soy sauce
2tsp.toasted sesame oil(optional)
1/2lime(juiced)
1tsp.chile-garlic sauce(such as Sriracha)
3/4cupalmond or oat milk
1Tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro
2tsp.chopped peanuts
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and well-combined. If it’s too thick, add a bit of water.
Serve with a selection of fresh veggies like bell peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, Napa cabbage, celery, sugar snap peas, snow peas or cauliflower.
