Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas

- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. ranch seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan and ranch seasoning.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until chickpeas are crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
