Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan and ranch seasoning.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until chickpeas are crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
