Ingredients

garlic
(finely chopped)

onion
(pureed or finely chopped)

vinegar

of chicken
(skinless (4 breasts, 4 drumsticks))
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Wash chicken and pat dry.
Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl. Rub seasonings over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-6 hours overnight.
Space chicken evenly on nonstick or lightly greased baking pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
Notes
Serve this savory meal on top of black beans or rice.
