Ingredients
SALAD

chopped romaine lettuce

can chickpeas
(also known as garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed)

green or black olives
(chopped)

of vegetables of your choice
VINAIGRETTE
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1/4
cup
canola oil

tsp.
honey
2 - 3
tsp.
ground cumin
1/4
tsp.
black pepper
1/2
tsp.
salt
Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together and set aside.
Pour vinaigrette over salad and serve immediately.
