(uncooked and broken)

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook turkey, onion and garlic over medium-high heat until no pink remains Drain meat and place in slow cooker.
Add all remaining soup ingredients except pasta, Parmesan cheese and spinach. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
In a separate pot, cook pasta al dente according to package instructions.
Add cooked pasta and frozen spinach and stir to combine. Cover and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
Spoon into bowls, top with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
