Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg white
  • 1 English muffin (split and toasted)
  • 1/2 slice 2% Kraft single slice cheese
  • 1 slice cooked turkey bacon (cut in half)

Instructions

  • Cook egg product in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
  • Fill muffin halves with egg, cheese slice and bacon.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
