Ingredients

  • Spring mix greens
  • 1 cup chicken (or 1 chicken breast)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat dressing

Instructions

  • Cook chicken breast by baking, grilling or sautéing.
  • Mix cooked chicken, peppers and mixed greens in a bowl.
  • Add dressing and enjoy at home or on-the-go!
