flaxseed meal

dark chocolate chips, for drizzling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325˚F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add walnuts and cereal to a blender and pulse until finely ground.
Add dates, peanut butter and flaxseed meal and pulse again until combined.
Add banana and pulse until fully combined and a dough begins to form.
Use a Tbsp. to portion dough into balls. Roll to form a ball and place on the lined sheet pan. Lightly flatten the balls to create a cookie shape.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Melt chocolate in the microwave. Use a fork to drizzle melted chocolate over the bites and serve.
