Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients

lb.
of asparagus
2
Tbsp.
olive oil
2
garlic cloves
minced
3
Tbsp.
low fat Parmesan cheese
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Asparagus should be crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
Toss in garlic, Parmesan and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
