- 3 cups cooked turkey (white or dark meat shredded)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (chopped)
- ¾ cup red grapes (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Pecans or walnuts (chopped)
In a large bowl, toss the turkey, celery, apple and grapes until combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Add your dressing to the large bowl and toss gently until combined.
Serve over greens or enjoy as a sandwich on whole wheat bread.
