BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SWEET POTATO:
- Broccoli
- Shredded low fat cheese
TACO SWEET POTATO:
- Ground turkey taco meat
- Black beans
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Shredded low fat cheese
BREAKFAST FOR DINNER SWEET POTATO:
- Scrambled eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Turkey bacon
- Avocado
Wash and dry potato.
With a fork, poke several holes in potato and wrap in cling wrap.
Microwave for 5 minutes.
Assemble potato with your choice of ingredients listed above.
