  • 6 Roma or heirloom tomatoes (diced)
  • ½ white onion (diced)
  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro (minced)
  • 2 jalapeño peppers (deseeded and finely minced)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • Salt to taste

  • Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl.
