Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

- 1 cup frozen berry medley
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup fat free strawberry yogurt
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup granola (for topping)
- Fresh berries (for topping)
Add the frozen berries, low fat milk, yogurt, oats and honey to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour your smoothie into a cereal bowl or small container, top with fresh berries and granola and enjoy!
