Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berry medley
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup fat free strawberry yogurt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/3 cup granola (for topping)
  • Fresh berries (for topping)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen berries, low fat milk, yogurt, oats and honey to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour your smoothie into a cereal bowl or small container, top with fresh berries and granola and enjoy!
