  • Cooking spray
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 medium asparagus spears
  • 8-10 fresh string beans
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced lengthwise)

Instructions

  • Clean vegetables. Cut into strips or squares; lightly spray grill pan with cooking spray. Lay vegetables on grill pan.
  • Cook vegetables over medium heat, turning them approximately 4 times. Cooking times will vary. Start with the green beans, asparagus and pepper; after 5 minutes add the zucchini.
