Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (you can sub any kind of sugar)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the peanut butter to the bowl and mix lightly.
  • Mix in the beaten egg to the batter in the mixing bowl.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350℉ on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
