- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup white sugar (you can sub any kind of sugar)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the peanut butter to the bowl and mix lightly.
Mix in the beaten egg to the batter in the mixing bowl.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350℉ on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
